I am an author of over 20 plus books and I have a special needs daughter who is now a young adult. I am very proud of her. She did not speak until she was five years of age.
Starting at the age of 2 she spent most of her time with a Speech Therapist and a Child Psychologist. Without this help starting at such an early age I don’t know what kind of a life she would have had.
It is very important for you to tell your story so your family, friends, medical professionals and complete strangers, can understand and learn from your life’s story.
